• Adaptation & Privacy: Modifying shelters for vulnerable groups, including accessibility adaptations and privacy enhancements for women and girls.

• Pre-positioning: Strategic pre-positioning of critical supplies (tarpaulins and emergency kits) ahead of peak rainy and flood seasons.
